Approved retail partners may request curated samples for a limited loan period to help introduce Lara New York to their customers and drive in-store sales.

At the end of the loan period, samples must be returned in showroom condition unless purchased by the retailer or end customer.

Trunk Show & Sample Loan Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully before submitting a request
All gowns provided by Lara New York are considered loaned merchandise and remain the property of Lara New York at all times unless purchased by the Retail Partner or end customer.
The standard loan period is thirty (30) calendar days from the date the gowns are delivered to the Retail Partner.
All gowns must be returned within the agreed loan period unless otherwise approved in writing by Lara New York.
Lara New York will cover the outbound shipping cost to the Retail Partner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Retail Partner is responsible for all return shipping costs back to Lara New York, including proper packaging, insurance, and tracking.
Lara New York is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
All gowns must be handled with care and maintained in showroom condition during the loan period.
Gowns must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, unstained, and with all original tags, labels, hangers, garment bags, and packaging included.
The Retail Partner is responsible for any damage, staining, missing pieces, odors, alterations, excessive wear, or loss that occurs while the merchandise is in their possession.
If any gown is returned damaged, altered, stained, missing, or not in sellable condition, Lara New York reserves the right to invoice the Retail Partner for the wholesale value, repair cost, cleaning cost, or full replacement cost of the item.
Any missing garment bags, hangers, tags, or accessories may also be charged to the Retail Partner.
If a customer wishes to purchase a loaned gown, the Retail Partner must notify Lara New York before finalizing the sale unless otherwise approved.
The Retail Partner may be invoiced for the gown according to Lara New York's wholesale pricing or other agreed terms.
All loaned merchandise must be shipped back by the agreed return date.
Late returns may affect the Retail Partner's eligibility for future trunk shows, sample loans, or collaborations.
Lara New York reserves the right to invoice the Retail Partner for items not returned within the agreed timeframe.
If gowns are used for social media, photography, video, or promotional content, the Retail Partner agrees that Lara New York may repost, share, or use the content for marketing purposes with proper credit when applicable.
The Retail Partner agrees to tag Lara New York when posting related content whenever possible.
All trunk shows, sample loans, and collaborations are subject to approval by Lara New York.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or availability of requested styles.
By accepting loaned merchandise, the Retail Partner agrees to be responsible for the care, security, return, and condition of all items received.
The Retail Partner also agrees to follow all written instructions provided by Lara New York regarding handling, return shipping, and use of the merchandise.
By submitting a trunk show or sample loan request, or by accepting any gowns from Lara New York, the Retail Partner agrees to these terms and conditions.
