Private Label & Special Orders

Lara New York has produced formalwear in New York since 1982. Alongside our standard wholesale collections, we build product to retailers' own specifications through our special order and private label programs.

Minimums

Standard wholesale orders from our existing collections have a minimum of 12 dresses. Special order and private label runs have a minimum of 25 pieces.

What you can customize

Branding. Your own labels, hangtags, care labels, barcodes, and packaging.

Design. Necklines, sleeves, length, closures, lining, and modesty panels.

Colors and fabrics. Satin, mikado, chiffon, tulle, and beading.

Digital assets. Product photography and copy for your own website.

Timeline

Branding setup takes 7–10 business days. Production runs 65–125 days depending on the complexity of the style. Samples are billed separately and credited against your bulk order.

How it works

1. Register. Create a wholesale account on this site. Approval is typically within one business day.

2. Send us your specs. Email contact@lara.com with the styles, quantities, customizations, and target delivery date you have in mind.

3. Sample. Samples are produced ahead of the bulk run, billed separately and credited back against the order.

4. Production. Our wholesale team manages production and quality control through delivery.
